Thank you for choosing Red Raven Roaster. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium whole coffee beans. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and handling of defective or damaged products. All requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated by contacting our customer service team via email at info@redravenroaster.com.
Returns
We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; however, if your order is being returned for a defect that affects usability, return shipping will be covered. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process a refund within 7-10 business days, issuing it to the original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Products
Please take a moment to inspect your items upon arrival. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product (such as broken packaging), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing redravenroaster@gmail.com. Please include your order details and, if possible, attach photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As roasted coffee beans are a perishable product, and due to our commitment to the highest quality standards by roasting to order to ensure the freshest beans are delivered, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any coffee beans purchased. However, we are deeply passionate about your experience. If we have made an error, or If you are not happy with a purchase, please contact us at redravenroaster@gmail.com. We will do our very best to ensure your satisfaction.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
